Returns & Refunds policy

We have a three-day policy. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if three days have passed since your purchase.

Your products or services must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original box as well.

There are some products that cannot be returned. Remedial material and magazines are examples of such items that cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for wearables that are produced with a precise fitting size for a person, such as rings, bracelets, jewelry, or other items that are highly susceptible to being swapped by fraudulent goods on the part of the customer.

Astro-Vastu advisory services
Personal Kundali and reports on astrology or vastu
We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.

Kindly contact us before returning your product to the manufacturer.

Refunds (If Applicable) for any item returned more than three days after delivery
We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
Within a predetermined number of days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Missing or Late Refunds (If Applicable)
First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive at your residence may differ.

Shipping items worth more than 10,000/-INR should ideally be shipped using a trackable shipping service or with shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the item you return will be received.

Shipping Guidelines Shipping from India to India

For each order placed within India, Happy Life Astro offers free shipping. We use quick and safe courier services like Blue Dart, DTDC, and others to deliver. In isolated and rural areas where courier services are unavailable, we utilize the postal service. International Shipping: There are applicable charges for shipping outside of India. All shipments are dispatched by reputable courier services including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, and India Post among others. Most shipments we make are insured. You don't have to pay anything extra because the insurance fee is already covered by our shipping charges.

Time of Dispatch:

The amount of time it takes to prepare your order depends on whether you want it to be certified by a different laboratory or embellished with jewelry in addition to the reputable laboratory certificate we supply. Typically, the process of setting a gemstone into a piece of jewelry takes 4-5 days. On the other hand, ready items or loose gemstones are shipped out the same day or within two days of the order.
